new cardigan, update

workig on 3rd repeat of white stripe.

new cardigan, book

this shows the color change after 20 rows.

this shows how i am carrying the unused yarn up the sides so i have no knots.

worked with vicky over the phone as we went through 6 rows of a pattern, we actually worked them together. she plans to call again thursday and this is where we will BO the center 22 sts for the neck, attach a new yarn and work both sides at once.

also got 4th book of twilight series.

bison and new cardigan

buffalo in TN at Land Between the Lakes National park. it was at the elk and bison praries that we got pictures of these bison. we also saw some deer in the woods and snakes.

we didn't get to see the eiffel tower, next trip.

since i didn't get the job i decided to start on my cardigan. it will be a raglan sleeve fly away cardigan and similiar to one i saw at Express for $80. the stripes wlll be in turquoise and white and they will be wide stripes.

used seed edging and will after it's done use that same border where the button band will go.

back from TN trip

bag of 100 crochet squares for Penny in TN to assemble into CP afghans :}

got some needlework done on the plane coming and going while listening to twilight series through the pc on the plane. wish they had the wi-fi set up on all their flights. soon.

got hats and booties done for the hospital.

while getting oil changed in the car today we walked to joanns and i found the yarn i wanted to make myself a raglan sleeve cardigan. it's a dark turquoise and white stripe, like one i saw at Express for $60. i'll just have to write the pattern for it now and get going on it.
