This book is a keeper for me because it has nutritional information so I won't have to guess.
Love making your own broth and have some in freezer from the turkey can i can use as a base.
Love having the different soups in their own chapters, makes it easier for me to say ok I have certain foods-vegetables on hand what can i make with them.
Wish each recipe had their own color photo-I'm sure all the pictures are listed but they are not identified with which recipe.
Measurement conversion charts are listed at the end : oven temperatures, volume equivalents-liquid and dry and weight equivalents.
Index is also included. Acknowledgements and about the author are also included.
Love that it doesn't matter which brand or model of pressure cooker you have.
I received this review copy from The Callisto Publisher's Club and this is my honest opinion.
A KEEPER!
