Each recipe starts with a title, color photo, servings, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients are given and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sugar, low sodium products.
Directions are given and there is a lot of nutritional information included per serving size:
calories, total fat, sat. fat, protein, carbs, fiber and sugars.
Love the different varieties and have about 5 marked to make as they are my favorite flavors. Like the recipes I use now but always looking for improvements.

Mostly talks about how Ivar was born and his disabilities over the years. Liked hearing of his family also, didn't realize there were that many in the family, not including women.
Lots of information I had never heard just watching the vikings on the history channel. very good at strategics in war time. Fierce fighter.
They also spoke of many of his brothers and their lives as well as his parents demises.

Intro talks about what 5:2 diet is. it's all about fasting for 2 days every week and eat whatever you like the other 5 days.  fasting days also have rules to follow.
each recipe starts with a title, servings and list of ingredients. Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Most of the ingredients are listed by measurement and also in weight: grams.
 Also ingredients tells you exactly how many calories even the spices take up so you will keep to the caloric intake per day.
Very few recipes but like understanding about this diet plan.

Directions are given and it's nice to see that you do NOT have to deep fry these, but you can bake them.
There are NO pictures. There is NO nutritional information.
Some recipes call for a lot of spices and herbs, be sure if you have them all lined up first.
Lots of variety and flavors.

The Solar System for kids
Like the idea of the book and the pictures but I can not enlarge the words to read it to my grandson.
Tried two different tablets to no avail.
Bright colorful pictures to enjoy. Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
