Dash Diet Cookbook 2021: A Guide to Understand Dash Diet including Delicious and Easy to Make Recipes to Keep your Health in Balance. by Dr. Mike Morens
This book starts with a table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals and food categories.
Intro talks a lot about blood pressure and how the DASH diet can keep your health in check. It's not just for those who suffer from high blood pressure but for everyone.
It's very nutritious and other important diseases that would benefit from this diet plan.
There are also sections on shopping and cooking the foods.
There is so much intro discussions and the parts I liked were about muscle and fat loss and how to just lose fat and retain and build muscles.
Each food recipe starts with a title, time in minutes, servings and difficulty level.
Nutritonal info shows calories, fat, total carbs and protein, all in grams for one serving.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given.
Individual recipes do NOT have a color photo, only the first recipe of the chapter.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.  Some recipes go with others and share a common directions section.
For the large majority of recipes they are using fresh and healthy items.
Can't wait to try zucchini recipes and seafood ones. Even a healthier sugar cookie recipe than what I use.
Conclusion wraps this book up. wow my mouth is watering and I'm not hungry.
KEEPER!  for the variety of foods that are rich in protein which will help build muscles mass.
