So many pumpkin recipes, gonna keep this one!
each recipe starts  with a title, to far right hand corner, sometimes in light brown shaded area are prep and total times, servings and some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.
In main part of the page is the list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures.
Lots of autumn full page color photographs, but none of the recipes.
Some are simple and easy and some have more flavors added. Surprised cod is listed as an October food
