Air Fryer Low Carb Cookbook: 75 Simple Recipes to Support Your Diet and Stay Healthy by Julie Bower, Anna Campbell
TOC where recipes are listed as meals> lots of introduction material about the air fryer and how healthy you can cook with it.
Simple things as using the air fryer,  cooking charts for various foods, i love this myself as most items you get from the garden don't come with a label telling you how to cook them.
Also meats and poultry are listed. Each recipe starts with a  title, medium size color photo,  prep , cook times and servings.
Nutritional information includes calories, fat, carbs and protein.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are included.
Can't wait to try bagels, they are one reason I wanted the appliance.
Ends with a conclusion from the author.
A KEEPER for the charts, recipes also.

There are SO many recipes I want to try and ingredients are fresh, not canned.
We do shrimp kebobs but I like this recipe because of the different spices used, will give it a  try.

A KEEPER for me because of the healthy variety of recipes.
