Starts with their story and welcome and links to their sites.
No table of contents. Each recipe, NOT at start of a new page starts with a title, and list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT, be sure to have them all first.
Directions are given and servings.
There are NO pictures and NO nutrtional information.  Lots of ideas of what to do with leftover turkey after the big feast.
