What I like is the ingredients are not prepackaged but made from scratch.

Have a lot of recipes I want to try from this book. Some recipes containa  LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Cooking conversion charts are included at the end along with alphabetical index of recipes.
Good book to keep on hand as it covers so much of things we would actually eat, making from scratch.
