Book Spotlight: The Between State by Joseph A. White Jr.

SYNOPSIS:

When Jeff, a computer software professional, repeatedly awakes inside realistic dreams in which he’s inside the mind of a young woman, he struggles to find a rational explanation. The woman, he discovers, is real, and he becomes an unwilling time traveler periodically thrust two years into his past, where he experiences her life through her senses.

An expert logician, he battles with the limitations of logic in his efforts to uncover the explanation for why he has become immersed in this new, supranatural world. Does he have a role to play in helping this woman escape her troubled past and move towards a future of serenity and hope?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Joe has lived and traveled worldwide, earned a Business/Psychology degree, and chose the Pacific Northwest of the United States to settle, raise his family and pursue his careers—first in telecommunications, then environmental, health and safety education. His interest in science fiction blossomed in his teens while doing research for an essay for a class assignment. The mystery of what takes place in our minds while asleep, during meditation, and yoga provided the foundation for his Between State series.

MY REVIEW:

The Between State  by Joseph A. White Jr.
This story starts out with Jeff and he has become interested in dreaming as he finds unexplainable things happening to him when he is asleep.
Love hearing of his journey to discover the dream world and how he collects information about it.
Story also follows others that are involved with his dreams and how they play a part in what happens in the future. He’s from 2017 and he goes back to 2015.
WOW love this read, eye opening to say the least, adventurous, travel, interesting, explanations of dreams and so much more.
Book ends with excerpt from another in the series and I can't wait to read that one.
Received this review copy from AIA Publishing and this is my honest opinion.
