Directions are given. There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Although I am not diabetic there's one in our family that is and I think they'd be interested in recipes in this book and they have an instant pot.

Prep and cook times are included and some nutrition information: calories, total fat, sat fat, protein, total carbs, net carb, fiber and sugars.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT Of items, be sure to have them all.
Directions are  given and how to set the instant pot.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.  NO pictures.
Some recipes have totally different nutrition information, a different source?
Like that they have instant pot recipes but NOT all are made that way, some use oven or grill, be sure to read the recipe all the way through before you start.
Lots of choices but not sure why different nutritional information. should be from the same person?
Lots to choose from.
