Like this deep thinking book that makes a lot of sense to me. It talks about 3 parts of your body that rule your body and how they work together. Like summary at the end of the chapters to make sure you're on track still. It's a deep read with some light areas that help the book along with real stories.
Like the way you can advance your learning to strengthen your intellect, many of which I have been doing for years as I'm well over 65 now. Keep track of your progress and see the difference from month to month.
