What I appreciate about this book is that you could take your car to visit the locations also, not just the RV Like layout of the book and how things are explained in detail.
The introduction material has so much information about how to identify an RV friendly road, campgrounds along your route, groceries and essential services, and even a section on traveling with a pet.
From there the sections are broken up into areas arounds the US, east and south, Midwest and lakes regions, rockies and mountain west, Pacific and southwest.
Love RV road trip toolkit, so very useful: fuel, water, essential services, campgrounds info, weather, road closures, emergencies and breakdowns and summary of 30 scenic attractions by route and official map sources and references.
There is something for everyone in this book. SIt down with a family and plan your route today, if not two.
Each destination starts with a title of the location, scenic overview summary, legend, route overview, chapter route start and finish locations, mileage and physical area, section showing all the locations of route map.
Driving the route, how to divide the journey, principal stop and scenic sections, RV considerations and lodging, wildlife sightings along the way, traveling with pets, groceries and other essentials. Also comes with a QR code to scan in for digital app restaurants, groceries, fuel, etc.
Great information book.
