The Ultimate Slow Cooker Cookbook: 1000 Healthy Slow Cooker Recipes for Beginners and Not Only by Tasha Martin
TOC where recipes are broken up into meals and food categories.
There are so many recipes I am going to take them a bit at a time. Concentrate on just one category and find something to make today.
Never made Masala chicken and I have most of the products, not sure what Gorham Masala is but there's not much I would need. Like ingredients but I'd use low sodium chicken broth or make some fresh.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some nutrtional information: calories, fat, fiber, carbs and protein.
Great resource book as I can also use my pressure cooker for these recipes as it doubles as a slow cooker.
There are NO pictures and some recipes call for a LARGE amount of ingedients, be sure to have them all before you start cooking.

List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, fat, fiber, carbs, and protein.
There are NO pictures. Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Spices really attract my attention as I have them al it's the combination of them with certain foods that really speak to me.
So many I want to try especially the fish ones.
