 Not sure I want to sell the herbs, I'd use them for our family and only grow small portions at a time.  I do plant kale outside and have it waiting to be picked in April here in northeast. Section for growing it into a business also and what you will need.  inside gardening is also detailed and many different methods of planting the herbs.

Have a handful of friends that do stockpile for when we will no longer have electric. Most things are in a can and contain high sodium but if it's all you are able to eat...expiration dates I'd pay attention to. water stocked will last about 6 months’ time.
Intro discusses what you need for pantry, even hygiene supplies and much more, interested in preserving of food i grow as i do put some things in the freezer and need to make a pantry of glass jars with food for winter months ahead.
We already vacuum seal and there are so many more ideas about how to accomplish having food.
Not only emergencies for when you lose power but so much more is included in this book. Learned so much about how to dehyrdrate food for later, interesting.
So many tips and things to avoid when  doing food storage.
Water is also detailed discussed.
Ways to conserve water in every room of the house.
Recipes are included in this book.

Other foods are discussed that come in cans and has different time tables when you'd need this emergency food supply.
Different methods of heating up food are also discussed.
We use skewers and foil packets on the grill now. These are recommended.
Shopping lists are also provided for various food groups.
Also list of foods to bake prior to an emergency so you can just heat them up using many different methods.
Some recipes at the end also have nutritional information: calories, fats, protein and carbs, not sure of serving size.
Good information book to keep on hand.

Great book if you enjoy foods at this restaurant.

Not sure why the meals or  food categories don't exist in this book, recipes are just thrown all together.
Like wraps but it's going to take you a bit of time to actually find it.
