List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given  and there is NO nutritional information.
Some require a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Love the idea of having them for a sweet treat after a meal. never thought about doing that!
