What I love about this book are the exercises. There are beginner moves but also more advanced moves that I haven't seen in other books. These will help me advance more. Can't wait to add a few to my regular routine.
So much information about the Vagus nerve and how to get it back in synch. Exercises are shown as a picture and also explained in detail in how to do them. References are listed at the end.
Great resource book.
