When we visit I do knit them clothes to wear or a hat or mittens. I can relate on mnay levels and found this book funny at times also along with the serious stuff.

Night Of The Colonoscopy: A Horror Story by Dan Alatorre
Hilarious stories of the author's experience with prepping and have a
colonoscopy. He tells you what to exptect and how everybodys experience is different.
Urges everyone to visit the doctor, skin, OBGYN, dentists, etc. Keep on top of things so they don't get really bad.

Santa Maybe by Dan Alatorre
Enjoyed this story as it follows the family as the child grows and he wants to impress her with meeting and talking to Santa at the store.
He was only there for canning jars and thought he'd just run in quick, get them, pay and  be on his way home again to help with the holiday traditions.
Never heard of the dish and because the book also includes the recipe it may be one we try for ourselves.

There's No Such Thing As A Quick Trip To BuyMart: Go in for bananas, come out with a lawn mower (Savvy Stories) by Dan Alatorre
Enjoyed this story as it has humor and real life situations where everything goes crazy at times.
Some embarrassing moments that make you feel like the author is on your side as you've also experienced these same things.
Wicked funny!
