The good fight by Danielle Steel
Story of a girl whose father is a lawyer and is sent to Germany to help with the trails.
Mary is growing up and the family moves there also and she goes to school learning the language. Although only 10 she goes to court with her dad-the war trials, so much has gone wrong.
Mary wants to fight for justice when she gets older, war crimials were brought to jsutice and they are headed back to NY again to join the family law office.
Her grandfather is going to be sworn in at the Supreme Court.
As time goes on she sees the barriers her relatives have put up=prejudice.
Like the history that goes along with this story, events of the years help her decide what she wants to do with her life.
Like her choices, tough ones but necessary for her happiness.
With turmoil at her office she decides she needs to go a different path. Surprised at the ending..
