Book Review: Riding Out the Rough by Hiliary Walker

Riding Out the Rough by Hiliary Walker
Book starts out with recap of UC and why the author wrote this book for/about her son.
Jack is the horse trainer and he learns who Joe is and that he's the father. He's taking a liking to Laura a widow who is the adopted mother of Joe but he's having a hard time telling her he's the father....
He needs to be up front with her...his real father is there and tries to give him advice about hsi long lost son.
Robert is also there because of the dog he's helping to train and raise. It helps with his self confidence.
Bits of conversations are retold to others and so many misunderstandings occur and Jack is upset as is Laura and the others involved.
They really just need to talk it out, if they can...so many tragedies happen and you wonder if they will ever get to spend time together...
Turmoil but calm as they pray. Wasn't expected this ending-what an accomplishment. Loved this series, hated to see it end.
Other works by the author and more about UC are included at the end.  About the author is enclosed.
I received this review copy from the author and this is my honest opinion.
