You should be able to just buy the lid on amazon and use with your instant pot, be sure to order the right size container for quarts you have.

I can see from just the list of ingredients that I can make the items a LOT healthier by my own low fat, low sodium substitutions and also
using fresh rather than store bought items.
Going to keep this around for when we do buy the lid for our pressure cooker.

A KEEPER for me because of the selections all in one place.

A KEEPER because I know how to substitute for healthy dietary needs. So many choices in this book that are everyday meals.

Like freezer meals because I can make a double batch, eat one now and freeze the other for another week.
This book starts out with  a table of contents where recipes for food are not broken up into any specific category. There is a healthy chapters also.
Intro material talks about why you should use this method and more specific things about refrigeration time guidelines, freezing guidelines and so much more.
What to freeze and not to freeze are also discussed.  How to pack the freezer, what containers or vacuum seal methods to use.

Directions are given how to make the time and how to freeze it and use when you take it out.

Like that these are basic everyday type meals, tasty and you can make them rather quickly to begin with.
Love that there is a healthy section to this book! My favorite to try will be carrot cake muffins.
