Starts with table of contents were recipes are not listed in any specific order.
Very colorful pictures throughout the book and not every recipe has its own picture.
Each recipe starts with a title and to the right hand corner information:
prep and total time to make and some nutritional information:
servings, calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium
To the main section is the list of ingredients  and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sugar, low fat, low sodium products.
Directions are given.
Can't wait to try the bagels, I know I can make them healthy and save the trip to the store. Love that they have oatmeal finish.
A KEEPER because there are so many flavor combinations I want to try myself.

Directions are given also. Lot of really good ideas in this book. In order for the book to be classified as low cholesterol you have to use low sodium broths and other products.

Kale soup is very similar to our family's favorite soup, so healthy and usually everything comes out of our own garden.

Directions are given along with suggestions in how to serve.

There are so many flavorful combinations of foods to try out in this book.
