Table of contents where recipes are listed  as meals and food groups.
What I like about this book is the recipes are ones we would use every day.
Introduction talks about the meals.
Each recipe starts out with a title  and list of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given. There are NO servings, NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Some recipes have servings.
Like casserole dishes because we always have leftovers for a lunch the next day.
My choice would be sinless cookies, so healthy! Other works listed at the end
A keeper to try out some recipes using low sodium products and fresh vs. prepared.

Starts out with acknowledgements and offer of free books.
Table of contents where recipes are not in any specific order.
Each recipe starts with a title, medium size color photo.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.
Not all recipes list servings.
Measurements are not always the same format.
Notes from the author at the end of some recipes with their opinion about the recipe.
About the author and other works are listed along with social media links.

There are some recipes that give you a short summary of the dish.  There are few color tiny photos at the beginning of each new chapter.
Some recipes have a VERY large list of ingredients, be sure you have everything you need first.
