Great use of spices for flavor. Love this cookbook because of all the information each recipe does have!
I would use lean meats, low sodium products and the recipes are just basic ones but look fancy for a special dinner.

Lot of prepared and packaged foods are listed to use.
Not impressed with this book, rather take the time to make it using fresh items so i control what goes in the dish.
