Holiday Bread: 21 Holiday Bread Recipe to Enjoy With Your Family (Christmas Baking, Seasonal Breads, Loafs, Cakes) by Eva Reinhard
Book starts out with table of contents and short introduction and other works by the author.
Free ebook offers.
Each recipe starts with a title and list of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Some recipes are in metric, some in American measurements.
Servings are listed at the end, if they are listed.
Some recipes use packaged items, you are not making them from scratch but they'd be faster to make.
I would not consider all of them a holiday bread, good for everyday.
