list of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and thre are tips along the way.
Nutritional information per serving: calories, total fat, sat fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, fiber and protein.
There are NO individual recipe photos.
Like 30 min or less and 5 ingredient chapters, one pot and slow/pressure cooker.

SO much to this whole book, love all the chapters and selections.
