There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information. 
Directions and given and some recipe have a large quantity of ingredients, be sure you have them all.
Servings and  some nutritional information are listed: prep and cook time and total time.
Calories, fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium based on 2k calorie diet.
Love the ones using fresh fruits and vegetables.
There are so many I want to try.

Print for me is very hard to enlarge to see it comfortably. Summary of the book is enclosed at the end along with resource and references.
