Easy Coleslaw Cookbook: 50 Delicious Coleslaw Recipes by BookSumo Press
I love coleslaw and eat it often so would enjoy a different flavor. Going to be fun to sample a few of these.
About the author, introduction and table of contents were recipes are not in any specific order.
Common abbreviations are included.
Each recipe has a title and list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sugar, low fat, low sodium and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given. Some recipes have a lot of spices, be sure to have them all first.
Nutritional information has calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium based on 2000 calorie diet.
Not sure what serving size is but there are servings per recipe and prep and cooking and total times.
Most of these because of the ingredients would look very colorful.
