Traditional German Cooking Made Easy with Authentic German Recipes, a Taste of Germany by Sarah Spencer
Table of contents starts this book off with categories broken up into food groups and meals.
Offer of free ebooks and intro about the book are included.
Color photos throughout and most recipes have a medium size color photo.
I wanted this book because my mother in law is part German and she often made some of the same foods in this book.
Each recipe starts with a title and German name and a summary of the dish.

Some recipes have over 26 ingredients be sure to have them all before starting.

Love the ones similar to my MIL and glad to see some but using different ingredients. Worth a try to make those also and decide which is better.
Apple strudel will be one of the favorite ones to try.

Found a few I want to try and never thought of the food combinations and herbs and spices.  Great flavor I can already taste it.
Love the conversion charts and measuring ones at the very back of the book, all on one page!
