The Tales of Peter the Pixie vol 1: New Friends by Gary Edward Gedall
I can see myself reading this to the grandkids at night as we all settle down to read.
It's so magical and fun and unpredictable with life lessons to learn about and traits.
Love them all but the one that stuck with me the most was the solstice festivities and the squirrel was too busy collecting nuts for the cold winter months.
He forgot he was to bring gifts for all and when the pixie shows up he grabs the two bags of nuts. Love what happens at the festival when he hands out his gifts.
After that feeling has settled he is then given his gifts and he is so alarmed at what is for him.
I can just imagine the look on his face. Like other lessons learned and how pixie helps many others along the way, even asking for help when all else fails.
He had lessons to learn also and he passes them along after he has achieved them.
The stories are so descriptive to the point they'd make perfect movies because the scenes are already written out for the production. So precise in details.
Love how Peter reacts to a lot of new friends as time goes along.
Received this review copy from the publisher and this is my honest opinion.
