Each recipe starts with a title and medium size color photo. The recipe does NOT always start at the top of a new page. Prep and cook times and servings are listed.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, sugar, protein and cholesterol.
Pictures really sell me on wanting to cook i in the  air fryer right now. So many food combinations I want to try myself.

I don't like having a recipe that has American and UK measurements, takes time out of preparing it to convert it to American.
Apple mug muffin sounds like one I'd really enjoy. There's a lot to these recipes. hope you give them a try.

Calorie count of each one also is important to this diet plan. Fasting, exercise and the diet plan all play a large part of this working for you.

I'd consult my doctor before attempting this diet plan to be sure I'd not have to take other vitamins for foods I'd get them from normally.
Love seafood section and what they pair it with. sounds great. 
Some recipes have a lot of ingredients, be sure to have them all before starting.
Like condiment section at the back, good recipes there. 7 day meal planner  and a note from the author finish this book.

Some recipes have over 16 ingredients, be sure to have them all before you start.
Lots of spicy foods, you can tone them down a bit also.
