New England Style Cooking: Authentic Recipes from Connecticut, Maine, Boston, and Vermont (New England Cookbook, New England Recipes, New England Cooking, Boston Recipes, Boston Cookbook Book 1) by Maggie Chow
This book starts with offer of free ebooks, about the author,  intro about the book, table of contents where recipes are broken up into states recipes.
Common Abbreviations are given in chart format.
Each recipe starts with a title. There are NO pictures.
Some recipes hae a lot of ingredients be sure you have them all.
Directions are given and suggestion of what to serve it with..
Servings, prep, cook and total times are listed.
Some nutritional information based on 2k calorie diet: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium are listed.
Lots of choices and can't wait to make 4 I marked.
A KEEPER for recipes I've yet to make, living up here in RI.

Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
Thought there'd be a bit more about the keto diet in particular but there is not.
Chicken crust pizza sounds good but I'd miss my vegetables.  Book is only 16 pages long so not many recipes, enough to get a beginner started.

This book starts out with offer of free ebooks. About the author where she talks about her effortless chef series cookbooks.
Intro talks about food focuses on Vietnam.
TOC where recipes are not in any specific order.
Each recipe starts with a title. There are NO pictures
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Recipes have a large amount of ingredients, be sure you have them all.
Directions are given.  There are some spices I've never heard of, hope you can find them at your local store.
Servings, prep cook and total times are given.
Some nutritional information is provided based on 2k calories intake: calories, carbs, cholesterol, fat, fiber, protein and sodium.
Offer of free ebooks is included at the end along with links to contact the author and to leave a review.

Recipes are all made with fresh fish. so many new ones to me that I want to try, I could eat fish every day.
