What I do like about this book is that the dishes are everyday type meals and you can make them  with ingredients you like.
I would not be using any canned items at all-TOO much sodium.

Like the idea of mug of sweetness but i also like to share so I’d be making more than one serving.
Not really much to this book, could be a lot healthier, they are for quick snacks.

Especially like seafood and soups sections because i can use fresh foods and put no salt in them but use more spices.
