The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners: A Balanced and Complete Diet, with a 28-Day Smart Meal Plan, and Easy and Quick Recipes for More than 365 Days, for Clean and Healthy Eating by María Rodríguez
Starts with diet meal plan for 28 days. TOC where recipes are broken up into meals.
Intro discusses the Mediterranean diet along with medium size color photos, essential things like foods to avoid.
Each recipe starts with a title summary of the dish.
To right hand side are servings, and some nutritional information: calories, protein, fats, fiber, carbs.
To left of medium size color photo are prepare and cook times.
To left under that is a list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are under photo. My favorite would be baked fish. Zucchini bread would be my next, i make muffins out of the recipe and have when we take hikes.
Carrot cake muffins would be popular also and pumpkin and carrot muffins. 
A KEEPER and I would be substituting with low fat, low sugar and low sodium products, nothing canned.

Intro discusses different ways to move and keep moving. Author discusses foods to avoid or you will always have a muffin top. 
Like the list and summary of what the food will do to your body if you continue to have it.
Breathing technique i had learned when starting yoga and it's good for balance if you are standing.
Like how you are to do the exercises and how often per day and per week.
Good information in a fun way even. About the author is included at the end.  References are included.







The Ultimate Instant Pot Cookbook for Beginners: Easy and Delicious Instant Pot Recipes for Beginners and Advanced Users by Martha Romero
Table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals and food categories. Intro discusses the instant pot. other material is discussed in following chapters: fundamentals of IP, what it is, how to use buttons featured,  accessories,  troubleshooting,  how to clean and maintain.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, sodium, carbs, fiber, sugars and protein.
There are NO pictures and NOT all recipes start at the top of a new page.
Find some recipes use prepackaged items and canned, lots of sodium for us to even think about.
Meal plans are also included at the end.
Conclusion and author requests a review.
Appendixes include conversion charts, recipe index . Like how author explains things, some buttons I'm not sure will work the same way with our older model. I'll check them out.
Like how you can use foil in the pot and want to try  muffins molds soon.
