time. Nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, carbs, fiber, sugars,
protein and sodium.
List
of ingredients to the left and you should be able to substitute for your
healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned
items.

are to center and right of the page and there are also simple swap tips showing
what you can do to make it a different type of meal.
There
are NO individual recipe pictures. Can't wait to try the lamb recipe. We had it
once and loved it.

charts for pot are included at the end for grains, meats, poultry, fish and seafood, vegetables and also measurement conversions.
