Instant Pot Mediterranean Diet Cookbook: 75 Quick Meals for a Healthy Lifestyle by Abbie Gellman MS RD CDN

Dedication page and then full color photos and table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals and food categories.

Intro talks about the diet plan and the instant pot and it's uses. How to use the pot in more detail.

Very colorful pictures throughout and highlighted areas in the introduction make the book easier to follow along.

Things to find in the kitchen when cooking with this lifestyle are discussed.

There are also food labels: dairy free, gluten, etc...

Each of the food recipe chapters start with an index of recipes.

Each recipe starts with a title.

Left section show food labels, servings, prep, pressure time and release, total time. Nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, carbs, fiber, sugars, protein and sodium.

List of ingredients to the left and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.

Directions are to center and right of the page and there are also simple swap tips showing what you can do to make it a different type of meal.

There are NO individual recipe pictures. Can't wait to try the lamb recipe. We had it once and loved it.

Cooking charts for pot are included at the end for grains, meats, poultry,  fish and seafood,  vegetables and also measurement conversions.

References are provided also and index, and about the author.

A KEEPER this will be so useful to us.

I received this review copy from The Callisto Publisher's Club and this is my honest opinion.
