Heart-Healthy Cookbook You Will Love: Eat for Your Heart and Feel the Vitality by Thomas Kelly
TOC where recipes are listed in meal and food categories.
Introduction discusses how to keep your heart healthy by the food you eat.
Each recipe starts with a title, medium size color photo, short summary of the dish, cook times, servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.
Like that most of the foods are fresh and healthy but some I’d just use regular sugar vs. stevia.
Can't wait to try this blueberry muffin recipe.
Love that each section has about 12 recipes, it's just enough, you don't need a cookbook with thousands of recipes that repeat themselves.

The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook For Beginners: 1000 Recipes To Air Fry Quick And Healthy Meals by Elena M. Rose
This book starts with a table of contents where recipes  are listen in food and meal categories.
Intro discusses the benefits of air frying and so much more. Good refresher course if you've not used in a while.
Each recipe starts with a title, ready in mins and servings.
Nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, carbs, protein and sugars.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures.
Recipes are not really in the right categories to be able to find something like say all meats, or all breads.
Lot of foreign names in titles that I have no clue what they mean.
Some recipes call for a large amount of items, be sure to have them all first.
Going to try the cornbread  muffin to see how it compares with what we use currently.
Going to have easy hamburgers tonight, maybe with a bit different spices.
