Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page making it hard to find them.
Seafood Gumbo sounds like it's right up my alley, all good foods and i'd be using fresh tomatoes rather than canned..

Love basic things like bone broth, have made these before and they are so economical.
Keeping this book around as there are so many recipes I want to try.
Meal plans are enclosed as a bonus along with more recipes-more than 5 ingredients.
Only difference is the nutritional information has sugars in chart format. There are NO color photos in this section.

Love hand pies, these would be my favorite to try but I'd real fresh cherries, NOT in a can.

There are scattered pictures, in color, around the book, just NOT individual recipes.
Like concept of making the meats in mince form and then they are so easy to use in the recipes, with different ingredients. making it a different meal every time you have it.
