Everyday Budget Veggie Meals: Eating well on a budget (Budget Cookbooks Book 5) by Terry Blake
EURO cookbook: Author notes and abbreviations used, equipment you will need and some other time saving appliances and pans.
The essentials list is included for equipment, spices, fridge items, freezer items.
Different methods of cooking are explained.
Each recipe starts with a title, summary of the dish, servings,, items you will need, time to prep and cook.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and notes. There are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
Most of recipes use European measurements, but also some American ones mixed in. Bit difficult to exchange into the measurement you do use.
Don't like usage of butter in most of recipes, think I'm passing on these but I do LOVE that vegetables, fresh are being used.

Directions are given and there is no nutrtional information and there are several recipe pictures included.
Like the ideas but I don't use canned items and always low sodium items.
Tips are included at the very end.  Good resource book about cooking terms and techniques and how to do them.

Directions are given. 
NO servings, NO nutritional information, NO pictures.
Might be able to judge servings by amount of meat used.
These are everyday favorite American recipes but we never used canned tomatoes, only fresh and now only low sodium products.
Vague on important details.
