Real photos show family doing the work together.
Each recipe starts with a title and has a List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given along with tips.
To the left are servings, prep and cook time and total.
Nutritional information, not sure of size of portion: calories, protein, carbs, fat, cholesterol, sodium.
Pictures of food being made and completed are posted on next page. Colorful edges on recipes, really makes the recipe stand out better.
Format is same throughout.
Excellent book for kids when they can cook with adults, so fun and love format, colors and information included.

some other recipes list a lot of different nutritional information and that tells me the author got it from a different source: calories, total fat, carbs, fiber, protein, calcium, vid D, potassium, magnesium and sodium.
abbreviations are also different from the recipes, NOT matching throughout, be careful
Love dressings and salad topping section I can make our own using a lot of spices and things we have in the pantry, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire  sauce, dressings for salads.

NO pics, NO nutritional information. Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure you have them all first.

The recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
Ours ia  a new device and we are constantly asking Siri to help with a recipe because the manual came with about 3 recipes in total. some foods we buy today actually have air fryer cooking instructions.
Good to see what foods will work well and which won't.
List of nutritional information changes from recipes and also some are per serving and include calories, fat, carbs, sugar, protein and cholesterol. This means the author got the recipes from different sources, NOT their own recipes.
Should be uniform format. Some abbreviations are different also, be careful.
Feel there are better books on the subject available.
