Some recipes are in grams so spend the extra time to convert them to American before yous tart.
Lots of good choices and not only for desserts.

There are so many I'd stick with easy and fast ones to make for our hikes as they've give us energy.

For the most part I am on this diet but don't use anything in cans nor added sodium or sugars. I like fresh everything.
There are other food label tags with the recipes as well.
There are a few colorful photographs included. 
Meal plans are included at the end. Like note on how to make the dish 1500 calories or 2000.
In chart format they show the nutritional information-not sure why its NOT listed with the recipe, lot of page turning for me.
Includes calories, fat, carbs, protein, sodium, listed by chapters or sections.
Conversion charts are also included at the end. Wish they had title translations and pictures to see what it is I'd be cooking.
Have seen better templates for a cookbook, this one is a bit different where information for recipes is scattered.
