Directions are given also. There are color pictures of dishes, not sure which ones as they are not identified, and not every recipe follows a color photo.
Love the varieties of halibut as we have it every week, usually the same way. Nice to be able to try different styles.
All forms of seafood are included in this book.
Shrimp cakes also sound like a great idea when entertaining.

Some categories have only 5 recipes, others have a bit more.
One I like the best would be roasted halibut, problem is  there are 12 ingredients, a bit much.
