Intro discusses the benefits of having meals prepared ahead f of time, Tip sand tricks are also included. Each recipe starts with a title, cook time, prep time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some recipes contain a large amount of items, be sure to have them all first.
Directions are given. Contains how to prepare and also on serving day and you can cook in slow cooker, some use a skillet, etc.
There is NO nutritional information and NO pictures. Handful of recipes per section, lots of choices.

Do like meatless meals the best. Some recipes use UK measurements not US.
Some also use canned item, putting more sodium in the meal. Use fresh.
Conclusion summarizes the plant based diet facts.

Format is different in the book: even abbreviations.  Some recipes contain different nutritional information: calories, fats, fibers, carbs, sodium and proteins.
NOT sure why the different information on recipes, should all be the same for the whole book.
Probably different sources where the recipes came from.
Also should be using LOW SODIUM products as this a DASH recipe.
30 day meal plan is included, conversion tables and a conclusion note.
