List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all.
Directions are given. Some nutritional information per serving: protein, calories, carbs, fat.
Some recipes have ingredients listed in UK measurements. Some are in US.
LOTS of items and time if you have a few hours on some of the recipes.
Conclusion ends this book mostly about you are NOT deep frying.

Some contain nutritional information-these must've come from a different source as the others don't have it: sodium, calories,  total fat, dietary fiber, total carbs and protein, NOT sure of serving size.
Recipes have no order at all to where they are listed. There are like 4 blueberry recipes but from different sources, why not put them all together?
