Love sketching along the way, very nice!
Each recipe has a title, to far right has a color coded section where prep and cook times are listed and some nutritional information per servings: calories, fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.
In main section of the recipe is the list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sugar, low sodium, fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given. and picture follows, but not identified and NOT every recipe has a picture.
How to make pizza dough is just perfect, should've been first recipe.
Some recipes have over 20 ingredients, be sure you have them lined up ready to use before you start.
So many flavors and varieties to choose from, will try a few of them this weekend.

Crust has its own ingredients as does the filling.
Directions are included.  and there is NO nutritional information.
Like the variety of crust recipes offered, all are so different but simple.
Blueberry would be my choice to make as I just finished picking fresh ones the other day. Sauce would be a bit thick like syrup almost like a pie filling in a can.
So many different choices of fruit to use.  Like that some are for just one serving or two. Towards the end the pictures and titles no longer show up, not sure if it's a graphic issue but my table tis less than a year old.

Lots of technical things and terminology so you can understand what happens when you eat food.

Like the idea of the lava cake because it's short time and few, healthy ingredients.
