The Big Instant Pot Cookbook by Rockridge Press
This book starts out with Table of contents where recipes are listed in meals and food categories.
Introductory material discusses the Instant Pot and benefits of using it, how to clean it, maintain it and use it. Also tips of common mistakes and how to avoid them.
Each recipe starts with a title, servings, prep time, settings to use and time, and release times.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items. Directions are given.
Recipes are in two column format. Also each page has two columns.
There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information. Recipes do NOT start at the top of a new page, making it a bit difficult to find the recipe you want from the index of recipes.
There are a LOT of recipes and a LOT of categories to choose from.
Like broths as they use natural items and NO salt or sugar added.
For ketchup I'll go pick tomatoes from the garden-NO sodium, rather than use a 28oz can of them.
You can make the recipes healthier yourself. See a few things I never would've thought of to use IP for.
I received this review copy from The Callisto Publisher's Club and this is my honest opinion.
