The Complete Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven Pro Cookbook with Pictures: Healthy, Effortless & Mouthwatering Air Fryer Oven Recipes for Beginners and Advanced Users by Emma R. LeBlan
I do not have this particular air fryer but figure the recipes will work in the air fryer I do have.
TOC where recipes are listed as meals and food categories.
Intro discusses the air fryer and benefits. Shows components of the Breville air fryer and the purposes of the settings.
Each recipe starts with a title and small color photo, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.
Not every recipe starts at the top of a new page.
Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
Really like that they give you the exact temperature setting, so any air fryer can be used.
When I saw fish sticks I thought for sure they'd be prepacked and just ready to cook. The recipe is using real ingredients, fresh, NOT prepackaged at all.
Can't wait to try the crullers, they are made, NOT prepackaged at all.
Like that in a good cookbook, NOThing canned or prepackaged and this book meets that spec and also has color photo and exact temperature needed.
Just wish it had nutritional information stats but I know what is healthy and not. Conversions are listed at the very end.
One to keep handy.
