This book starts out with short summary of the book and what dump cakes are.  TOC lists recipes by name, not in any specific order.
Like flavor combinations.
Each recipe starts with a title and has servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain canned or prepackaged mixes. Wouldn't take long to make at all.
Some contain a lot of items, be sure to have them all first.

There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.

Starts with table of contents where recipes are listed as meals and other food categories.
 Free offer of ebook when you subscribe to authors website.
 Intro discusses the history and foods the Italians use a lot.
Tools and equipment you might use, different cooking methods are described in detail.
Each recipe starts with a title, some have Italian name also that is translated to English, servings, prep and cook times.
Some recipe contains a medium size color photo and has a list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
Directions are given. There is NO nutritional information.
Shouldn’t be too difficult to use low sodium products and low fat items.
Conversion charts are included and other works by the author are listed at the end.

Some nutritional information based on 2k calorie diet: calories, carbs, cholesterol, fat, fiber, protein and sodium.
There are NO pictures. Some recipes contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
Most are deep fried but some use oven

There is NO nutritional information and some recipes call for a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
