Snowbound by Catherine Cowles
Story of a woman who leaves Nashville and drives to Oregon to meet up and hopefully connect to a boy that she grew up with. Her brothers best friend. She has taken so many precautions and left her phone and car home, back in TN so she could not be tracked. As she goes up the hill to where the man lives she is scared by a deer and her car ends up in a ditch. She walks to his location and is welcomed with open arms. She tells him all about the stalker that terrified her over the weeks to make her flee.
You wonder if they will kindle a relationship and what will happen if the stalker finds her.
Terrifying knowing what is out there as they are snowbound with only a SAT phone for help....
Love this short novella and how it all turns out. Family is everything. Really in depth read.
