Love how the author explains all about the things we need to do as we age to keep our bodies functioning properly.
Everything you need to know-things you need to remove from your house, the items you may need or improvise to help do the exercises.
What I love about the exercises themselves is that she explains what part of the body they will help get stronger and other benefits.  There are simple movements, she also states that if they are difficult for you, to change it up by doing a variation and she explains how to do those. There are also chair yoga and tai chi involved with most of the exercises. I tried quite a few as she was telling us how to do them step by step, I listened to the book, and found them quite easy. When struggling with a movement she suggested the wall and that worked perfect for me. There are also pictures of others doing the exercises so you can make sure you are doing them right.
Love the journal and how it can be used to track your progress for you to do more per your routine as you advance and o more after a few weeks time.
Love the nutritional and sleep portions as well as they are important as well.
SO many aspects of this book are right on target to help anybody improve their health and to feel more energetic and recharged after doing some fo the exercises. Included are stories from others journeys, very inspiring.
A KEEPER!
Received this review copy from the publisher and this is my honest opinion.
