Love this book and can't wait to read about the island.
Book starts with Alex ans she's just turned 16 and wants to help the creatures that nest and have babies on the island.
She's got a job and she loves the people she works with . There is so much to learn about all the creatures and she likes to take care of them all.
She is able to see how the sea turtles are being harmed, from tourists that want a fast adventure in boats, right through the nests.
She and others see the damage to the shell and they come up with ideas to keep the creatures safe from harm.
Love when the whole island comes out to help them, the creatures and animals all do matter to them.
Can't wait to read more from this author. Especially like all the clues and how the kids follow them to find out what is really going on.
