Like charts with the information they hold also, easier to follow along.
For all the ailments that effect your body because of this illness there are solutions, some are easy: yoga, sleep patterns, a vitamin, oils, meditation and so much more.
Each ailment has targeted tips. There are some very technical terms also.
Love use of herbs and spices to help. Lots of references are listed at the end. Great book to figure out whats going on in your body.
